Convene unveils its Fall-Winter Menu, including a co-branded smoothie with Convene WorkPlace member goop, a modern lifestyle brand.
With Executive Chef-led in-house catering at each Convene location, its menus are intentionally designed to provide nourishing and energizing cuisine to help sustain throughout the workday. Dishes are seasonal yet regional, featuring premium, locally sourced ingredients (menu items may vary by location).
A staple for AM breaks in the U.S. this season is “The Green Smoothie by goop & Convene,” co-created by the Convene Culinary Committee, led by Executive Chef Ryan Gallagher, and goop (Recipe below). It is meant to be an energizing smoothie that combines the refreshing taste of leafy greens and fruits with a natural sweetness and creaminess; the seeds offer a nutrient-rich backing, providing a perfect mid-morning boost.
Each dish served across the Convene portfolio of brands thoughtfully caters to all dietary needs with every meal package including delicious vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. Additional highlights from the Fall-Winter Menu include:
