In this 5at5 Case Study episode, Florian Feige, Senior Event Consultant at Bayer AG, joins May Sollinger, Team Manager Corporate at the Vienna Convention Bureau, to share how their team created the award winning Global PH EMEX Co Creation Forum 24, recognised as Best International Event at the ICEAWARDS Germany 2025.
The forum brought together 100 onsite participants and several hundred virtual attendees across multiple time zones. The goal was to strengthen collaboration across clusters, encourage genuine co creation and ensure that everyone felt equally included.
Florian and May discuss the organisational challenges behind the project, including technology, budgeting and sustainability. They also highlight the creative engagement formats that shaped the experience, from the Global Hour to gamified workshops and a digital escape room.
