DRP secures CCS framework appointment to deliver major Government events

DRP UK known as DRPG has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework on Lot 6 (Events). This appointment reinforces DRP’s position as a national delivery partner for UK Government departments and public sector organisations.

CCS’s RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework supports the provision of major, complex and high-profile Government events, requiring strong governance, security and operational control alongside creativity and audience experience.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

DRP’s appointment is a testament to its capability to deliver end-to-end event programmes with the assurance demanded by public sector stakeholders. It means public bodies can procure event services from DRP using the new media and creative services agreement. Procurement teams and framework buyers can commission DRP directly through the framework without the need to run a standalone tender process.

Dale Parmenter, CEO & Founder of DRP, said, “This appointment is an important milestone for DRPG and a clear signal of our ability to support the public sector with safe, compliant and reliable delivery. Being named as a supplier on CCS’s Media and Creative Services framework gives Government buyers a direct, approved route to access our expertise, bringing together strong governance, security and delivery control with exceptional creative execution. We’re proud to be positioned as a national delivery partner for major UK Government events.”

The appointment builds on a year of continued growth for DRP. In December 2025, the agency opened its new Dean Street office and studios in London, and also expanded its European production capability through the acquisition of German production agency, RPNext. DRP was also named C&IT Global Agency of the Year 2025, as it marked its 45th year in the industry.

DRP’s inclusion on the new agreement forms part of its long-term strategy for Government sector growth, providing public bodies with confidence in its delivery standards, compliance-led processes and ability to support high-stakes programmes nationally and internationally.
