The Global Paris Exchange Showcased Modernized Data Operations and Propelled Technological Dialogue

INVNT orchestrated the Hitachi Vantara Exchange event with the Rugby World Cup Hospitality for guests to attend the Bronze and Gold final metal games. An effort aimed to bring digital dialogue to the forefront of the global forum, to showcase the power of modernized data operations. 

The in-person event was held in Paris, France where partners and staff networked and discussed the latest trends and foreknowledge surrounding the emerging data-tech industry, in an effort to strengthen relations with the client. The exchange amassed 60 partners and 15 Hitachi Vantara staff whose passion for emerging technologies provided a solid foundation for partnership. 

INVNT contributed to many aspects for the conference, to ensure the highest-level hospitality at the Stade de France stadium, as well as conference support including a white glove registration service, accommodations, transfers, ensuring a stellar experience for the client and their guests. The Exchange not only impressive in size, but the sheer professionalism and dedication of participants, including Rugby icon, Sam Warburton OBE, the youngest Wales and British Lions rugby captain, who honorably closed out the session.  

The Exchange was a roaring success, earning a 96% positive acclaim with 83% noting the event as “outstanding.” David Kolundzija, Head of Global events expressed his admiration stating “Paris was amazing! INVNT were on fire with their awesome-ness.” Rodney Siebels, Director of Global Events and Executive Programs was beyond satisfied with the outcome, so much so, he started planning for a future collaboration with INVNT stating, “let’s start planning for a busy 2024.

The entirety of the event served as an informative exchange, emphasizing team Hitachi’s dynamic ability to integrate and display OT and IT infrastructure on a global scale to impel the advancement of data infrastructure to an international community. INVNT, creative in nature, utilized the art of the storytelling to cultivate this momentous occasion, and further contributed to the promotional development of sustainable data fabric.
