The report shows that event organisers are taking on broader roles, delivering greater impact with smaller teams, and gaining increased recognition as strategic business partners. With 61% identifying as both strategist and deliverer, and 90% tracking event performance, organisers are proving their ability to drive ROI, harness technology, and shape business success through live experiences.
