At this year’s GreenTech, RAI Amsterdam took a bold step forward in sustainable innovation by piloting its first fully plant-based restaurant concept.
The initiative reflects RAI’s ongoing commitment to sustainability while also responding to the increasing demand for greener, healthier, and more responsible dining experiences at events. Visitors to GreenTech were the first to experience the new concept, which showcased a variety of innovative dishes made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
The pilot not only underlined the versatility and creativity of plant-based cuisine, but also demonstrated how event venues can play an active role in accelerating sustainable change across the industry. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the quality, variety, and surprising flavours of the menu.
With this successful first step, RAI Amsterdam is set to expand its sustainable food concepts even further in the coming months.
